Assembly guide

Cut one front and two backs. On each back, turn the opening edge twice by the hem setting and stitch it down.

A few useful answers

What are the pieces for a 400 mm cushion?

With 10 mm seams, 10 mm hem turns and 120 mm overlap, cut a 420 × 420 mm front and two 420 × 290 mm backs.

How do I assemble the overlapping backs?

Lay the front right side up. Place the backs right side down with hemmed edges overlapping by the chosen amount. Align the outer raw edges and sew the perimeter at the seam allowance.

How do I finish and size the cover?

Trim corners, finish the seams and turn through the opening. Enter the desired finished cover size after measuring your insert; fabric shrinkage and a tighter fit are not added automatically.
